The most interesting part of the correspondence was this:
However, i will admit that the movie and 1-18-08 have some similar plot lines. One important thing i can tell you is that once you find out what movie these auditions are based on, you will find tons more clues.

28 Months Later.
And I don't think there's any connection between the two. I think that is a liiiiieeee.
Sounds like some sort of zombie movie to me. Anyone google "throwing up" and "black blood" or something?
The lines of the officer are defiantly from 28 months later, you can hear the one about project hellfire in the trailer.
Vomiting black blood, quarantines, etc. sure sounds an awful lot like "28 Weeks Later" (a sequel to "28 Days Later") to me.
